Free weight loss program
So last night I just facebook chatted with Enoch to ask about gym stuff and who knew I ended up going to one within the next 24 hours, for FREE!!!
Well it's not like I've never been to a gym before... like the super small ones in Kuching, but it's just really different. Why? Cause I get this free ride to the gym and get taught how to use the many very fun-looking equipments.
And I even got a plan set out for me! Don't you think this personal trainer is just awesome!? Well I guess he must doing it for God's glory. hehe.
Oh! And I saw Jayana at the gym too! so happy to see her ^^
Well today was just the start of my slow and painful torture. But isn't there a saying "No pain, no gain!" ? I think that saying fits my five free days of fitness. Can't wait to see how I change into before Christchurch. ^^
Other than the pretty hectic morning gym session, I totally lazed back with Esther at Sylviapark for the whole afternoon. Man, couldn't believed we "exercised" for that long. Sure was fun just going from one end of the place to the other XD
And I had falafel for lunch, which always reminds me of Ruth Dunn. Oh how I miss my barbie TT I even saw a necklace that had "Barbie" on it, and was sooooo tempted to buy it. Maybe next time XD
hehe. since we journeyed to like twenty stores... it's impossible to not buy anything right? well I mean if you have money. if you dun have money of course you can't. And so Esther and I just tried and tried and payed and payed. So there goes money buying a pair of heels,
Spotted Ms Rowbotham(or she must be Mrs XX now... SHE HAS A BABY GIRL
And we just surveyed some stores as well Like just trying on clothes in the super expensive stores that we know we can't afford, that have the super looking dresses.... and the many accessories stores. the one shop that we surveyed and love the most was this teddy bear store sneakily hidden on the second floor. When I went in my eyes were pretty much heart shapes, I kid you not! And ummm it's so cool there! Like you choose your own teddy bear outlook at the first station. Actually it's not just teddy bears, kangaroos... koalas... monkeys... lambs... too bad no pandas. These outlooks are usually just skin and air... so you bring your selected toy to the third station - the stuffing machine, where they stuff it for you to how soft or hard you want it to be, having the choice of giving it a sound, like choosing a given sound or record one. Then the forth station is where you can brush your stuffed furball. And then that leads you to the "pay for more to make me cute" place where there are heaps of outfits to create the toy look you want to pay for. And the last but not least station is the birth certification centre. It's these machines that you key in what you name your expensive creation, weighs it and just gives you this cool piece of paper or identification thing. Then you have to pay for the toy, and viola! they place your creation into a box that has the design of a house. Awwww! Wasn't that a fun tour!? Well the only thing I kept thinking of was.... EDISON!!!! omg I should get him one... and record my voice saying "Kimberley" so that my name will be the first thing he says. but nah, I already got him some cute cuddly stuff XD. Anyway, you guys should check out the store, since the bears are half price off ^^ Not sure till when though, so if you get there and they aren't on sale, I take no responsibility =D
